We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to support multi-functional development programs As an EPM, you will work closely with our Software and Hardware Engineering, Product Management, and multi-functional teams across business units to support products through all phases of product development. You will play a highly visible, critical role leading Software and Hardware programs for the Compute portfolio
Drive large-scale multi-functional Hardware and Software programs according to current Product Development Methodology.
Define plans and drive development of new product launches while handling change on existing programs.
Own, build, organize, and manage project plans for key initiatives, including reporting/briefing, execution and tracking of program work, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
Identify and establish partnerships with globally distributed team members to build, support, secure sponsorship and ensure alignment for program outcomes.
Evaluate program progress and results against program objectives, create or reengineer processes, tools and/or structure to improve productivity and overall program outcomes.
Collaborate with the various Program leads within the team to actively exchange information, decisions and conduct interlock sessions.
Work on multiple programs in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate status on ongoing programs to partners and senior management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software, hardware, embedded, networking, or cloud technologies, with new product introduction experience.
Proven ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
Proficiency with process management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Experience in facilitating continuous improvement and supporting senior leaders in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SaaS products and Agile development methodologies would be a plus.
