Serve as acting head chef in the Executive Chef’s absence.Key Responsibilities
Manage production, sanitation, and presentation standards
Assist with menu development, inventory, and cost controls
Hire, train, and supervise staff
Uphold strict HACCP and safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
A.O.S. in Culinary Arts or certificate plus 3-5 years’ culinary experience
2-5 years’ kitchen management experience
Large-scale cooking or catering expertise
Knowledge of trends, cost control, and presentation
