Qualifications & Requirements: Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
- Experience in Design or Video Editing
- Interest in Marketing, Communications, and Editorial
- Proficiency using iMovie or other video editing software
- Strong eye for design and gift for writing short form copy
- Comfortable working within tight deadlines and a disposition for going above and beyond
- Passionate about learning new tools and identifying new and better methods
- Have a strong attention to detail and a drive for perfection
- Be able to absorb rounds of feedback and transform the input into action
- Be an excellent communicator and team player who is resourceful and organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Brainstorm creative and innovative ways to engage with our audiences, both internal and external
