Bridge the gap between what is expected of a company's US tax department and its often limited knowledge of VAT in foreign jurisdictions. Team with EY member firms that have experience in foreign country VAT taxation, structures and solutions. Apply knowledge of the global business challenges companies are facing and how those challenges affect a company's indirect tax position around the world. Research VAT legislation, case law and other VAT guidance to support partners on client engagements and lead educational sessions.Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax, Law or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Tax.
