With our unrivaled culture, capabilities and commitment, we are achieving new standards of excellence in how we represent our clients, develop our people, and serve our communities.The Strategic Practice Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Chair of DLA Piper Artificial Intelligence and senior leadership team in driving the growth and strategic direction across a range of practices and industries such as AI, life sciences and health care. This fast-paced role requires project management and strong communication skills to handle client engagement, marketing and business development, and financial management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in law or professional services, with a strong track record of leadership and project management skills. LocationThis position can be remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction, through regular communication and engagement activities.
Assist in managing client accounts and resolving any issues or concerns.
Marketing and Business Development:
Coordinate with internal marketing department to ensure the development and execution of marketing strategies.
Plan and execute events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with attorneys to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Support business opportunities and assist with follow up.
Foster relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
Financial Management:
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and financial records.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

5 years' experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in Los Angeles, San Diego, Washington, D.C., or Seattle is $181,692 – $277,000 per year. If hired to work in New York, the expected pay range is $189,950 - $290,000 per year. If hired to work in Palo Alto the expected pay range is $198,209 - $301,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
