Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Philosophy, a research related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in an applied research, product research setting, or similar.

Experience utilizing various research methods (e.g., surveys, data analysis, reporting, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Philosophy, or a research related field.

Experience in program management, statistical analysis, crafting compelling presentations, and managing vendors.

Experience working on international research programs.

Ability to conduct data analyses, revealing actionable insights that inform successful strategic decision-making and drive positive outcomes.

Ability to communicate user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact.

Serve as the primary point of contact for managing a program, collaborating with teams across Google to ensure they have the necessary data and resources, and keeping program materials well-organized and accessible to partners.

Lead the effort to revamp the 2025 study, working closely with vendors to ensure timely data collection, and create and execute a communication plan to inform teams across Google about timelines, data deliveries, dashboard development, and key findings.

Conduct independent analysis to uncover patterns, trends, insights, and opportunities for strategic decision-making.

Craft concise, impactful presentations that highlight key themes, country-specific nuances, and demographic trends.

Think outside the box and develop creative and effective methods to ensure insights reach the right people, at the right time, in the most impactful way.
