FocusKPI is looking for aSenior UX Designer/ Product Designerto join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.Team's looking for a senior product designer to help create exceptional experiences that will transform the way the client supports their thousands of global team members. You will play a foundation role in the development of exciting new products that support the interactions between all client and their leaders, ExecOps, and people support partnersWork Location:Remote - anywhere in the USDuration:12 months contractPay Range:$80/hr to $93/hrResponsibilities:
Be the driver and owner of the complete user experience, from early-stage research and ideation, through implementation and iteration based on key success metrics
Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, product managers, technical program managers, and engineers throughout all stages of the production cycle
Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications
Analyze customer problems to design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design
Conduct user testing at every stage of the design and development process
Determine the information architecture tooptimize the way users move through, and interact with the clien'sproduct
Experiment, test, and optimize to create delightful, frictionless, and tailored end-to-end experiences
Facilitate workshops with engineers and product managers to establish project scope and explore potential solutions to identified challenges
Qualifications:
6+ years of UX/product design experience, fueled by experience with user-centered design
Experience with balancing the big picture with meticulous attention to detail
Customer-centric thinking: You dive deep into audience needs, test hypotheses, and measure the magic you create
Collaboration is in your DNA, and you lead by example
You're the bridge between user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities
Comfortable conducting and summarizing insights from qualitative and quantitative research
Strong Figma proficiency and experience with interface design
An orientation to creating positive service experiences
Experience collaborating successfully with designers, developers, product managers, and other team members

Experience in internal tooling for Enterprises
Experience with Lean UX and rapid delivery
An interest in team-building
A healthy tolerance for ambiguity
High visual craft
Generalist designer that can work from ideation to detailed design to ultimately working with engineering on visual/functional QA
Experience in enterprise environment is good but not a hard requirement
Ability to form strong POV on product direction and willingness to spar with partners to come to an agreement
