Senior Programmatic Manager

The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $102,000 USD annuallyReporting to the Programmatic Director, using your existing ad operations and marketing skills, you will help develop major client accounts.This area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth this year. Your primary responsibilities will include:Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.Develop insights to inform our client's strategies.Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
