Description We are in search of a Research Specialist with advanced experience (over 6 years) to join our team in the office in San Francisco, California. As a Research Specialist, you will be tasked with analyzing, researching, and resolving complex issues. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and presents a significant role in our team, spending a substantial amount of time in the office. Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex data to identify patterns, trends, and insights Conduct comprehensive research on assigned topics and present findings in a concise and clear manner Utilize various research tools and methodologies to address and resolve complex issues Collaborate with team members to develop and implement research strategies Maintain accurate records of research processes, data, and results Leverage your skills in time management, ST Microcontroller, Adobe Flex, and complex issue resolution to optimize work efficiency Adapt to flexible work schedules, with a willingness to spend a significant portion of time in the office Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all work-related activities.Requirements Must have a minimum of six years of experience as a Research Specialist. Ability to resolve complex research problems and issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced knowledge in research methodologies and statistical analysis. Proficient in using computer software and online databases. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to keep up-to-date with latest industry trends and developments.
