Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in San Francisco, California. This role is crucial in the management of our properties and requires interaction with various stakeholders. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including drafting letters, managing emails, and interacting with clients.Responsibilities: Drafting and distributing letters using provided templates Efficiently managing and responding to emails using Microsoft Outlook Posting notices on doors as required Providing coverage for the front desk as needed Filing and organizing documents for easy retrieval Typing up handwritten reports for record keeping Interacting professionally and empathetically with formerly homeless adult clients Utilizing Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks Consistently maintaining office hours for consistent service delivery.
