Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Real Estate & Property industry based in San Francisco, California. The role primarily involves administrative duties, customer service, and minimal computer work. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and maintaining the premises.Responsibilities: Conduct basic cleaning and general maintenance of the premises. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of security systems. Conduct daily site walks to check for any irregularities or issues that need to be addressed. Arrange vendor meetings for access purposes and manage their schedules. Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to prepare end-of-day reports and communicate with the team when necessary. Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize your skills in Data Entry and Organizing Files to maintain accurate customer credit records. Leverage your Interpersonal Skills in handling multi-line phone systems and providing concierge services. Perform any other administrative assistance tasks as required.
