GoAhead Solutions has an immediate need for an Enterprise Portfolio Office Operations Specialist in San Francisco, CA. This would be a Six to Twelve month contract to start out. Interview process would be phone and video. Position will be remote until the shelter-in-place restriction has been lifted, then you would be onsite in downtown San Francisco. Job Description:As the Enterprise Portfolio Office Operations Specialist you must have some working knowledge of project management, program management and/or product management. Experience in financial services desired. Responsibilities:-Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and with multiple priorities.-Support maintenance of EPO processes, including managing updates to department policy, standard, Process Guidelines and Quick Reference Guides.-Assist with preparation of management reporting produced by the Enterprise Portfolio Management team.-Draft department-level communications and training materials.-Support the building of a project management community.-Contribute in the development of a new PM onboarding experience.-Supports the building of a framework for effective and scalable training/workshops across organization.-Active participation in EPO tool development, product backlog prioritization and quality assurance to support use and adoption by EPO teams.-Strong communication (presentation and verbal) and project management experience.Ability to adapt to a fluctuating workplace environment.-Displays accuracy and thoroughness, while completing work assignments in a timely manner. Qualifications:-A collaborative and service-oriented attitude.-Strong facilitation skills and collaboration.-Advanced MS Office skills.-Experience in project/program management; both traditional and agile.-Basic SharePoint administration skills.-Familiarity with Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Server.
