Responsible for implementing a content strategy that proactively amplifies the Bank’s work and reflects external conditions and situations, using news and social monitoring to assess impact.
Sets the digital content strategy with a social media focus—while also setting the vision for those creative vehicles.
Ensures that social amplifications are clear, consistent, aligned with key moments and campaigns and looks ahead to provide an adequate mix of content that aligns with the web, social and editorial calendar.
Evaluates the success of individual creative assets and campaigns used across digital channels—deploying advanced metrics tools and analysis to identify trends and improve and evaluate content performance.
Proactively monitors external social and news channels to assess the right mix of digital content across all external Bank channels—providing recommendations to the media team, External Communications and Bankwide leadership, as needed.
In partnership with team leadership, leads development of a playbook for the digital footprint, SEO strategy, and other relevant channels.
Advises business partners on optimal messages, content, and timing to reach different stakeholder segments through digital channels—particularly social channels—and leads them to effective communications solutions.
Posts content as needed across channels and works with other team members to ensure coverage, posting accuracy and timeliness.
