Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the healthcare industry located in San Francisco, California. This role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role is primarily based in a physical workplace, offering a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring efficiency and precision Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist in sending mail appeals for fundraising activities Aid in processing physical mail and uploading physical checks into the system Utilize critical thinking to determine the correct donation campaign for checks Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects in Salesforce Ensure secure handling of customer data and maintain confidentiality Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data entry and correspondence Use a smartphone for two-factor authentication to ensure the security of customer data. Proficiency in data entry is required. Must possess excellent 10 Key Skills. Strong customer service skills are essential. Experience with email correspondence is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Applicant should be able to effectively organize files. Ability to perform calculations accurately is necessary. Experience with scanning documents is required. Typing skills are essential, with attention to accuracy and speed. Must be able to work in a team and independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Applicant should have problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
