Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for two venture capital fund management companies.
Oversee the independent audit of three fund entities and their associated sub-partnerships.
Work closely with external tax contractors on tax matters related to all partnerships.
Manage quarterly Schedule of Investments and associated valuation updates and other portfolio management tasks as required.
Coordinate with Managing Director to maintain accurate investment records for offshore Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV).
Requirements
Qualifications:
A College Degree and valid CPA certification.
At least 4 years of prior venture capital fund accounting or venture fund audit experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfort working with a globally distributed professional team.
Strong analytical skills with experience in budget and cash forecasting.
Knowledge in understanding VC deal terms and deal documentation.
