Description We are providing an opportunity for a Accounting Clerk to join our team in the logistics industry, based in San Francisco, California. This role revolves around organizing and maintaining data, handling invoices, and supporting our team in efficient management of data related to real estate expenses. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process data entry tasks related to customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records in a systematic manner Handle and organize invoices, ensuring the accuracy of the data recorded Assist in managing multi-year real estate expense data Utilize tools like Excel for data management and possibly QuickBooks for financial tasks Monitor customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries promptly Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient data management Use scanning tools to digitize physical documents when necessary Utilize 10 Key Skills to ensure speedy and error-free data entry Maintain a high level of detail-orientation to ensure data accuracy.Requirements Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required Experience with Data Entry is crucial Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel is necessary Experience with Scanning is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
