Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and personable Delivery Experience Specialist to join our office team in Otay, CA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact after a customer receives their delivery. Your main goal is to ensure a positive customer experience by verifying that the delivery met all expectations and proactively addressing any issues. This position does not require prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training for candidates who are passionate about customer service.

Receive inbound calls and notifications from independent delivery teams confirming the completion of deliveries.

Proactively contact customers by phone to follow up on their recent delivery experience.

Verify customer satisfaction and ensure the service provided met or exceeded their expectations.

Politely inform customers that they will receive a request from the retailer via email or text to review and rate their delivery service.

Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism.

Accurately document all call details, customer feedback, and resolutions in our tracking platform, DispatchTrack.

Send follow-up emails to customers or internal teams as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desired.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner.

Comfortable speaking on the phone for a significant portion of the day.

Strong ability to handle customer issues calmly and effectively.

Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately input information into software systems.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and make an impact.

Basic computer skills are required.

No prior experience necessary – we will train the right candidate!
