Economy Restaurant Equipment & Supply Co. is a family owned and operated company that is currently seeking a Warehouse Team Member & Delivery Driver to join our team. We provide commercial restaurant equipment, commercial design, and commercial installation services for the hospitality industry throughout the United States.
Essential Functions
In a typical day, you will maintain physical inventory, complete requisition forms to order supplies when needed, prepare parcels for shipping, and keep accurate records of inbound and outbound items.
Assist with shipping and receiving, Fulfill order requests per company sales orders.
Unload trucks, check in merchandise, match purchase orders to sales orders
Delivery of orders to customers and Jobsites
Mark incoming items with correct company identification label and highlight specific job files
Neatly stock and store items in correct location(s)
Pack, seal, and adhere shipping labels to outgoing orders
Operated company vehicles while meeting safety standards,
Operate forklifts, dollies, push carts in a safe and effective manner
Completion of all required paperwork on job cite
Notify supervisor upon completion of delivery, or update status of delivery prior to leaving jobsite
Perform other duties as assigned.

Your skills include,
2 plus years’ experience driving 24 foot steak bed truck
2 plus years’ experience loading and unload of large items with dolly & pallet jacks
2 plus years’ loading & unloading of large items with Forklift (Forklift Certification a plus)
Clean Driving Record (back ground check will be performed)
Regularly lifting and moving up to 55 pounds as well as the ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel or crawl when required
The capability to repeat physical tasks like opening and sorting bales, crates and other containers, and storing items according to specifications
Responsible for understanding and complying with company processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
Proficiency with the use of hand tools, power tools and related power equipment
OSHA-10 certification (available on job training)
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
High School diploma or equivalent
