$20-$27/Hour Based on Experience And Work Ethic - Full-time
We are looking for a professional window cleaner who is reliable, detail oriented, hardworking and good at problem solving. MUST BE WILLING TO HUSSLE AND WORK IN A CREW
ALSO WILL TRAIN CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS WITH NO EXPERIENCE IF SHOWING MOTIVATION, HARD WORKING ETHIC, ABLE TO HUSSLE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL POSITIONS
Work duties include but are not limited to:
Window Cleaning
Track cleaning and detailing
Screen Cleaning
Lamp and light fixture cleaning
Solar panel cleaning
Rain gutter clean out
All the MUSTS:
Must be at least 18 yrs of age
Must be able to climb ladders ranging from 2 ft to 24 ft.
Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift (at least 60 lbs) daily.
Must be in good physical condition
Must have good hygiene and neat/clean appearance
Must have great attitude
Must have reliable transportation
Must have personal cell phone
Work is Full Time
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm (Saturday work is sometimes required)
Starting pay is per hr Depending on Experience
2 years' minimum work experience cleaning windows. Various squeegee techniques and use and knowledge of window cleaning tools and equipment are necessary.
We are a smoke, drug, and alcohol free work place.

Weekend and Overtime Available if wanted

Window Cleaning: 2 years or Trainees also excepted if hard working and motivated and quick learning
