Job Description
Draco Trucks is looking for experienced technicians to join our team. Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday.
A Diesel Technician is responsible for the following repairs:
- Perform preventative maintenance: oil, transmission, differential, and cooling services
- Brake work including: Change pads, rotors, wheel cylinders, drums, etc.
- Remove and replace transmissions & clutches
- Cooling systems: radiators, water pumps, fan clutches, etc.
- Steering and Suspension: power steering, drag link, leaf springs, tie rods, etc.
- Change, repair, and balance tires
- 90 Day/BIT and DOT Inspections
- Experience with lift gate repair
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience diagnosing and repairing check engine lights and exhaust after treatment systems (DPF and SCR)
