Job Description: Are you a skilled handyman with a knack for installation and a passion for craftsmanship? Join our team at SAN DIEGO KITCHEN PROS as a Part-Time Installer and Handyman. We're seeking an individual who can bring their expertise in electrical work, plumbing, and cabinet installation to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
1. Cabinet Installation: Execute precise and efficient installation of custom cabinets according to specifications and design plans.
2. Minor Electrical Work: Perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring cabinet lighting, installing outlets, and ensuring safe electrical connections.
3. Minor Plumbing: Handle minor plumbing tasks related to cabinet installation, such as connecting sink plumbing and ensuring proper water lines for kitchen installations.
4. General Handyman Work: Assist with various tasks, including but not limited to, installation assistance, minor repairs and demolition.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet our high standards of craftsmanship and quality, paying close attention to detail and precision.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in cabinet installation, minor electrical work, and minor plumbing required.
2. Skillset: Proficient in using hand and power tools with precision and accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
3. Reliability: Punctual and dependable, able to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
6. Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various environmental conditions.
7. Driving: Must have own vehicle
