MASTER TECHNICIAN - FERRARI LAMBO MCLAREN [auto/mechanic]

You will be performing repair on; Mclaren, Lambo, Ferrari, Bentley, Audi, and other related exotic vehicles. We have the tools you can use; we need your expertise in return. Please attach or notate any certifications you have associated with the position to help you stand out among common inquiry.

Expectations & Responsibilities to include but not limited to;

Adherence to SOP [Standard Operating Procedure] in regards to all major workflow processes as

dictated company protocol notated to-date, and ongoing

Able to provide thorough diagnosis on each managed project to provide complete detailed lists for

improvement on every vehicle

Understanding of timelines of completion and working capability to provide accurate and efficient ETA

to clientele

Proper handling of all working equipment individually involved with on site

Provide professional and prompt correspondence via telephone & email – all requests for additional

materials needed for project completion submitted in a timely manner

Complete adherence to all working safety procedures on site; closed toe shoes, gloves, waste disposal,

protective eyewear, etc. as needed

Formal notation of all work completed on each individual project on Technicians Log

Reception of, and accurate & efficient installation and handling of all parts necessary for project

completion

Prompt reporting of any loss, potential loss, hazards, or anything financially involved with handled

projects

Maintain facility maximum inventory on both consumables & vehicles and associated projects with

proper documentation and notation of all details on all corresponding projects on site.

Prioritization & Re-prioritization as necessary on all projects on site to maintain proper work output

expectations

Maintenance of professional garage visual standard; all consumables, tools, etc. replaced back in original

home locations after use to provide an OSHA safe workplace and proper disposal of waste

Upkeep work environment to show guests and associates are treated fairly, with dignity and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Proactive in problem-solving

Ability to multitask and manage multiple unsupervised projects

Ability to communicate effectively to receive any resources necessary to aid in project completion

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to be mobile in the shop for extended periods of time.

2. Ability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.

3. Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate safety

techniques. Must be capable of pushing and/or pulling up to 200 lbs. while utilizing appropriate safety

techniques.

EDUCATION: Associates Degree or Higher with relatable work experience

COORDINATES WITH: Master Tech, CEO, DOO

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift [Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM, two 10 minute paid breaks, 1 hour unpaid lunch 12:00PM-1:00PM]

Ability to commute with reliable transportation

Experience:

Mechanic / Technician: 3+ years

Driver’s License required – 609 License preferred to operate A/C machine

Work Location: On-site VISTA CA

Looking for someone who can read, write, detail oriented, well organized, with demonstrated history of repairing vehicles. Labor will involve dropping engines, repairing body harnesses, control arm / ball joint, general fluid service, using electronic diag tools, sourcing problems, and correcting them.

You will be able to work cohesively as a unit, and as a performance incentive we offer commission structure on top of base pay if/when we hit financial milestones.

We are seeking someone who can actively pump out existing projects 2500-3000 take-home pay on 1099 for 3 months with commission structure tbd. You will be able to understand directions, and follow through on timelines.
