POSITION 1 SUMMARY
Seeking applicants to install residential and commercial PV systems Capable of doing Service Work. The PV Lead Man Installer must have at least 3 years installing solar systems and 2 years as a crew lead. You will provide support to the crew, lead of the installation team, communicate job status data , Knowledge on reading plans and solar system requirements and ensure the completion of installation of all arrays/systems, you will also engage on Service work. It is the responsibility of every Installer to ensure safe work practices . Top notch crew lead with Electrical Certification will get preference and top pay up to$110k a year
- Willing to work in extreme environments (hot sun, high places/roofs, and crawl spaces).
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work with others and become part of a team .
- Have own Tools and transportation
