Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Gardeners for an immediate start in Escondido, CA. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with room for advancement. Candidates will be responsible for general landscape maintenance across multiple properties.
Responsibilities:
Weeding, sweeping, and trimming bushes
Sprinkler repair and general irrigation maintenance
Mowing, edging, and trash pickup
Driving maintenance trucks around properties
Participating in safety training and orientation (drug test conducted during this time)
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working outdoors
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
PPE / Tools Required:
Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, hard hat, and safety vest
