Apprentice / Entry-Level Helper
No prior experience required—training provided
Assist with basic installation tasks, material handling, cleaning, and layout
Learns to read drawings, use tools, and follow instructions
Must have valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Willingness to obtain certifications and work alongside journeyman/foreman
Journeyman / Skilled Technician
≥ 1–2 years experience installing, maintaining, or repairing fire sprinkler systems (NFPA 13, 25 familiar)
Self-sufficient in layout, assembly, inspections, and diagnostics
Must be licensed (if applicable), pass background & drug screening, clean DMV record
Able to lift 60 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Foreman / Lead Technician
Typically 3–5 years experience in pipefitting/sprinkler fitting and crew leadership
Able to lead jobs, read blueprints, mentor others, and ensure code compliance
Excellent communication with clients and team
Requires valid driver’s license, ability to travel occasionally
Pay & Benefits
Apprentice: Starting around $20–25/hr (dependent on experience)
Journeyman: $25–35/hr (in line with industry rates in CA)
Foreman: Top tier pay based on experience
Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
