Overview:
Best Pizza & Brew is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure our restaurants remain in top condition. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and inviting environment for both our guests and team members. If you're skilled in plumbing, electrical work, general repairs, and cleaning, and thrive in a dynamic setting, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including repairs and cleaning across restaurant locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and modifications as needed.
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, and communicate needs to management.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and local regulations during maintenance tasks.
Provide prompt emergency maintenance support to minimize disruptions to operations.
Document maintenance activities and report on completed work and ongoing issues.
Assist with minor construction or remodeling projects when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and general handyman work.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety codes and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
Valid driver's license preferred (if travel between locations is required).
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Certification or vocational training in facilities maintenance or a related field.
