Full job description:
Hotel Electric Inc is an Electrical Contractor doing many projects within the city of San Diego. We focus on Hospitality, Multifamily, and Commercial projects. Because of our quality workmanship and getting the projects completed efficiently and on time our clientele takes us to multiple states.
While we continue to grow in California we are looking for employees that want to grow with us working as a team to accomplish common goals.
We are looking for candidates that are professional, motivated, and driven to succeed for our San Diego and surrounding areas:
> Position Electrical Foreman
> Job Type - Full-Time
> Pay Starting at $40/ hour depending on experience.
Project has started and is set to last for 7 months.
Working hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM
working days: 6 days per week (monday-saturday)
The Electrical Foreman plays a big part of the Team. They help keep the guys motivated and working efficiently, they plan 2-3 weeks ahead, they review the schedule with the Project Manager & General Contractor to assure we close the project out on time.
Foreman’s must have the following experience:
- Multifamily, Hospitality, Commercial electrician experience: 5 years (Required)
- Foreman: 2 years (Required) leading 5-15 workers in Multifamily or Hospitality.
- Must enforce the company policy on wearing PPE.
- Must enforce LOTO procedures
- Hold Weekly Safety Meetings & Toolbox talks.
- Procore Project Management Software
- Review and distribute Daily Logs using Procore.
- Keep material inventory.
- Order materials once approved and by following our method of procedures.
- Make sure that the connex, job site and materials are organized.
- Be able to read and scale blueprints.
- Be able to communicate with the GC, plan work and materials 2 weeks ahead of time.
- Be able to task train guys in safety measures and scope of work.
All candidates must have a clean driving record, pass a background check (details upon interview) must be motivated to giving the project 100% each day with a positive attitude and can lead a team of Electricians to completing a project on time and under budget.
