Position Overview:
As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for:
Handling customer pay work that comes into the shop
Primarily managing an Insurance account (Geico ARX program)
Checking in customers, reviewing damages related to insurance claims, and photographing vehicles
Estimating the cost of repairs and communicating with the insurance company to ensure accurate estimates and payments
Pay is negotiable based on experience
Bonuses: Earn bonuses if the shop performs well

Stability: Full-time position with a steady schedule—weekends and holidays off
