Now seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Programmer/Machinist in San Marcos, CA!
Responsibilities:
Develop programs for machining operations utilizing CAM programming software
Upload, troubleshoot, and edit programs
Set up and operate CNC Fadal Milling machines
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain production efficiency
Qualifications:
5 years of related experience is strongly preferred
Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming
Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
Experience with operating CNC machines and understanding of machining processes
Knowledge of using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
Consistency and Attention to detail
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Pay: $35/hr
