Position Overview:
We are seeking either:
A licensed Branch 3 Operator registered with the California Structural Pest Control Board, or
A licensed Branch 3 Field Representative who meets the Board’s qualifications to become a Branch 3 Operator and is willing to obtain the license.
This role is critical in helping us complete licensing, launch operations, and grow the company. The ideal candidate is motivated to take on a leadership role in a growing business.
Requirements for a Field Representative to Become a Branch 3 Operator (per the California Structural Pest Control Board):
Hold a valid Branch 3 Field Representative license.
Have at least two years of experience as a licensed Field Representative in Branch 3 (structural pest control).
Pass the California Branch 3 Operator examination administered by the Board.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the qualifying licensee for the company.
Ensure compliance with all Board regulations.
Supervise inspections, treatments, and repair activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and required reports.
Provide leadership as the company grows.
Qualifications:
Current Branch 3 Operator license OR Branch 3 Field Representative license with eligibility to sit for the Operator exam.
Strong understanding of California Structural Pest Control regulations.
Leadership and supervisory experience.
Commitment to professionalism and customer service.
