Apprentice painter

Small family business is currently looking for an apprentice painter. Candidate must have their own transportation, be able to follow direction and have a positive attitude. Candidate must also have email and access to a map application on their phone. This is an opportunity to learn a trade for a growing business and needs people who want to be committed to a growing company. No experience is necessary but does help. candidates must be drug free and be able to pass a background check. Please do not waste both of our time if you can’t stay off your phone with texting during work hours. We are a reputable business, and our reputation is extremely important. 90 percent of our projects are residential repaints, so the candidate should be neat in appearance polite and courteous. This is extremely important. We do mid to high end work so professional manners is a must and rudeness to the customer will not be tolerated. Starting pay will be 18 dollars an hour with bonuses when projects are completed without problems and under the projected time frame. Most of our work is in the east county however we do other jobs around the greater San Diego area. This is a trade that does not require rocket science, but does require common sense and desire and a good work ethic.
