Our Tech Customer Support team oversees all technical support operations. The Technical Customer Support Specialist will interface daily with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution. This role requires specific technical skills to successfully troubleshoot product issues and recommend solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.Great benefits and company culture!
What You'll Do:- Provide high-level, customized assistance to our customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Help our customers install, set-up, and troubleshoot
- Provide customer support through chat, over the phone, and by email through company CRM system
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of customer facing technical support experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for the customer's unique needs
- Certification or Degrees in Computer Science
