About the Role:
Provide frontline telephone support for state-of-the-art fermentation control systems across the US.
Work with a unique blend of technologies including Windows OS, MS SQL Server databases, PLCs, temperature sensors, and cooling control actuators.
Enjoy the convenience of no travel requirements with a fully remote position. Handle technical support calls mostly during business hours, 6AM – 6PM M-F, occasional weekend calls.
