Will Power Community Fitness is now interviewing for a part-time Customer Service & Front Desk Supervisor position! Join our dynamic and diverse team as we continue to build a fitness experience for our members that is distinctly different from other gyms in San Diego.

The Customer Service & Front Desk Supervisor will have responsibilities related to member service & daily operations including: Delivering extraordinary customer service experiences, providing guided facility tours to prospective members, thorough member problem resolution, maintaining cleanliness & organizational standards.

Preferred candidates would have previous work experience in fitness, self-care, retail or face-to-face customer service environment. If you've got personality, social skills and confidence in a customer service/fitness/sales environment, you'd be a great fit! Hours can include days, evenings & weekends with flexibility to work around existing obligations for the right candidate.
