- Goal: Lose 60 pounds in six months
- Current Regimen: I juice I fast and omad vegan diet, walking 12,000 steps a day (aiming to increase to 20,000 steps a day).
What I Need:
- Assistance with stretching, weight lifting, strength training, and isometrics
- Building core strength for future kite surfing
- Personal training 6 days a week
Challenges:
- Compression fracture in L1 L2 vertebrae, limiting range of motion and strength
- High blood pressure
