We have an immediate need for a new sales representative for our marketing agency located in Carlsbad. We have decided to bring on a sales representative now that we have proven our business model with 3 outstanding key accounts.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone that is looking to build a career in sales with a professional sales and marketing agency. The typical customer pays us between $5k-$10k per month over a 6 to 12-month engagements. You will be paid a small base salary and a 15% commission on all sales. You will be paid that commission every month for as long as they remain a customer.
Our clients are small to midsized businesses that are looking to market and sell their products and services to other business customers. These clients hire us to help them build professional sales programs that help them generate new customers. It’s the exact same process that you will be using to generate sales for our firm.
The expectations are simple. We want anyone that has the drive to generate new customers, whether you have a high-priced degree or a high school diploma. If you have neither, but want to succeed, we will consider you for a role with our team. We personally have college degrees, but most of our family does not. We understand that hustle and hard work beats a college degree all day long. While we don't seek any certain background, we do expect professionalism and respect for our clients.
We'll handle all of the fulfillment for each client, so you'll be able to focus on bringing new customers and dramatically increasing your monthly income. You'll be able to work from home or in the office.
