Most small and mid-sized businesses know they should leverage AI to boost productivity and profits, but they don’t know where to start. Besides that, most of them don’t have the knowledge, resources, or capacity to take advantage of what AI has to offer. This is our value proposition. We are helping businesses with a few things:
New business start-up assistance - help them identify opportunities, build a plan, and execute.
Help with AI process automation - data-enabled efficiencies to help them grow and scale.
Marketing assistance - digital solutions - from websites, more exposure, social media, review management, digital ads, email marketing, and more using AI.
What You Will Do
Contact local businesses in your area and share how AI can benefit them.
Identify pain points that can be solved by AI.
Work with leadership to build a comprehensive plan to help them reach their goals, and present this proposal.
Build the contract, have a quick hand-off call, and collect the commission before moving to the next deal.
Upsell your client on future services - they are your client for life, but our team will perform the onboarding and management of services.
Who You Are
You have a desire to be involved in AI or already have a general understanding of the technology.
You have sales experience and don’t mind talking with business owners to educate them on how they can leverage AI.
You have experience in service-type businesses. Examples are retail, restaurants and hospitality, health services, home construction, professional services, automotive, and similar types of businesses.
What We Provide
Leads: Based on your experience, we will provide targeted leads and a strategy to help you be successful.
Technology: You will have a management portal to track all your prospects and customers, create proposals, access resources, communicate with your sales manager, and more.
Marketing Material: We have hundreds of resources to help you be successful. From videos, to sales decks, to simple one-page information sheets. We are happy to build specific materials needed to make you successful.
Support: We are here to support you every step of the way, as much or as little as you need.
The Opportunity - Full-time or Part-time
This is a commission-only position with zero investment, and you will make 80% commission on all new business and upsells (the full commission structure will be shared after our first meeting).
Residual earnings: Most of our services are recurring, which means as you grow your clients, your earnings will continue to grow as well.
Exclusive territory and verticals: Based on your location and experience, you will have full control of your area.
Management opportunities: The advancement opportunities start with regional expansion, managing 5 reps, and expand from there. Once you are successfully managing 5 reps, you can either maintain this program or advance to managing 10+ reps and become a full-time manager on salary plus commission (and overrides).
