About the Role:
This is an entry-level position with clear growth potential, training, and direct involvement in the full customer journey. The Sales Assistant will support sales efforts, identify and connect with new teams, manage CRM records, and ensure excellent customer interactions. You will work closely with internal teams and play a key role in helping coaches and teams bring their custom swimwear and water polo gear.
What You’ll Do:
Support the full customer experience from first inquiry to final mockup approval
Help build the sales pipeline by researching and identifying new leads and teams
Set up introductory meetings and follow-ups with coaches, team managers, and decision-makers
Work alongside sales and marketing to execute outreach and strategic campaigns
Maintain and organize customer and lead information in HubSpot CRM
Communicate with customers via phone and email to assist with questions, updates, and order progress
Coordinate with in-house design and production teams to ensure timely execution
Support company sales targets during peak swim and water polo seasons
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for sales and customer engagement; 1–2 years of customer-facing experience is preferred
Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with both customers and internal teams
Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to grow professionally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and spreadsheets
Interest or experience in swimming, water polo, or team sports is a strong plus
