The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new relationships with customers who are interested in renting both small and heavy equipment. Organization and thoroughness are key to fulfilling this task. The equipment you will be trying to rent out range from small lawn/garden tools to large Dozers and Excavators. Becoming familiar with what we have to offer is also key in succeeding in the task of being a proficient Outside Sales Representative.
Your Salary is based on your experience and you will be getting a percentage of the commission that will be discussed

Job Requirements:
Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a team player

Possess excellent customer service skills
Maintain a professional business appearance at all times
Must be able to build prospects and business relationships
Experience of preparing professional quotes for customers
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Develop a networking list of potential clients and consistently contact them through the telephone and internet
Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals
Identify customer’s needs and react appropriately while understanding the market conditions and local competitors pricing
Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to various customer job sites/offices
Works and communicates effectively with all levels of the company
Ability to follow up with customers in a timely manner
Ability to engage in natural verbal interaction with customers
Able to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly to the setting
Must react to changing business needs
Multi-tasking individual who uses project management skills to accomplish goals

Mandatory:
Must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
Cold-calling and job site calls are required
Must be able to pass drug test and background check
