Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Writer who excels in customer service and has a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner, ready to contribute to our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs
Clearly communicate services and pricing to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
Support team members to foster a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
