Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Professional with:

At least 3 years of proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

5-10 years of knowledge in the construction industry, with an understanding of building and design processes.

This role is for individuals who can close incoming leads, conduct on-site consultations, and help clients visualize what’s possible for their properties. Your mission is to turn leads into satisfied clients while maintaining the high standards Distinct Construction Solutions is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Conversion: Call and follow up with incoming leads promptly and professionally.

On-Site Client Consultations:

Visit properties to evaluate potential projects.

Explain feasible design and building options based on zoning, setbacks, and other local regulations.

Take accurate measurements and assess property potential.

Knowledge of Building and Zoning Regulations:

Understand zoning laws, setback requirements, and property guidelines.

Provide educated advice to clients on what can and cannot be built.

Networking and Relationship Building:

Attend local networking events, especially those frequented by realtors and investors.

Build and maintain relationships with potential referral sources to generate leads.

Sales Training: Work directly with the owner to master our sales processes, pricing strategies, and average project costs.

Professional Representation: Represent Distinct Construction Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.

What We Offer:

Uncapped Earning Potential: This is a commission-based ONLY position with commissions starting at $2,000 per closed lead.

Requirements:

Proven ability to close deals with a track record of sales excellence.

Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including design and building processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Professionalism, reliability, and a relentless drive to succeed.

Networking savvy to connect with realtors, investors, and other potential lead sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with local zoning codes and property development regulations.

Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking software.

Background in construction sales or similar industries.
