Position Overview :
We are seeking a few Dynamic, Motivated, Experienced, and Customer-Oriented, Sales Associates,
with In-Home Sales Experience to join our team!
As an Independent Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers,
assisting them with their remodel design needs, by both listening, and contributing to their specific wants and requests,
ensuring a positive experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining a friendly, professional appearance, and attitude, while managing your schedule
to allow for maximum sales opportunities, and potential, as well as effectively communicating product information, and
production timelines according to customer's schedules.
Responsibilities :
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries.
Manage cash handling processes accurately, including transfer of check payments to office.
Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales.
Utilize basic math skills to assist in pricing, discounts, and inventory calculations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the residence sales environment at all times.
Requirements :
Previous experience in residential sales or building/construction environments is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math concepts is essential.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A proactive attitude towards learning about products and services offered within our company environment.
