Responsibilities:
Qualify leads before setting an appointment
Generate warm leads by qualifying potential leads, sending a warm up package before attempting to set appointment
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate appointments
Utilize negotiation skills to secure appointments with key decision-makers
Collaborate with the business owners to ensure a smooth handover of appointment set
Maintain accurate records of interactions in Crestcom’s CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics)
Identify market trends and opportunities to optimize appointment setting strategies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or appointment setting
Must be coachable and be able to follow a successful process Crestcom has used for over 35 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Job Type: Full-time or Part Time positions available
Pay: $720 per week plus commission/bonuses
Shift: Full time, 40 hours – Part time, 20 hours per week
Supplemental pay types: Commission per appointment set and Bonus opportunities

Experience:
Must have experience in appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing (outbound calls) as well as high-speed internet. Most importantly, you must have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, tenacity, and a desire to succeed. Professional demeanor and phone presence are required.
Ability to Commute: Vista, CA 92083 for initial training.
