Position: Canvassing Manager
Location: San Diego and North County
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Monitor and report on team performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a canvassing or field marketing role in Home Improvement
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
