This Company's IT Department is seeking a Staff Information Security Analyst to fulfill Tier 3 security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, threat intelligence and hunting activities. Upcoming projects for the secops team include implementation of DLP, EDR, threat intelligence, and insider threat technologies. The position will implement state-of-the-art security systems and apply security controls in a global, enterprise environment. - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of SIEM platforms (Splunk preferred) and security operations.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS, DLP, vulnerability scanning, firewall, endpoint security or email security systems.
- Experience in handling, investigating and responding to malware events.
- Experience with incident response, network and/or endpoint forensics.
- Experience managing and securing Windows, Linux, and Mac systems.
- Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, SANS/GIAC, CEH, etc.
