Looking for:
( x1) Security Professional // 40 Hours Weekly // 3 PM thru 11 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access at the community gate
- Conduct regular patrols of the community premises
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Provide assistance to residents and guests
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security guard license
- Valid Drivers License & reliable transportation
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Benefits:
