Thursday: 8:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Friday & Saturday: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Sunday–Wednesday: Approx. 2-4 hours shift (Pool lock-up and patrol)
Job Description:
Secur IT Guard Company Inc. is seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Officer for an overnight pool security position at a residential community in Carlsbad, CA. The primary responsibility is to secure the pool area, ensure compliance with community rules, and prevent unauthorized access after closing hours.
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Responsibilities:
✅ Lock down the pool area and enforce community policies
✅ Conduct foot patrols around the pool and surrounding community
✅ Monitor and deter unauthorized re-entry into the pool area
✅ Provide a visible security presence to ensure resident safety
✅ Report any suspicious activity, disturbances, or property damage
✅ Complete security logs and incident reports as needed
Requirements:
Valid BSIS Guard Card (California)
Previous security experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work overnight shifts and be alert during patrols
Strong observational and communication skills
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with residents respectfully
Reliable transportation to and from the site
