Security Guard – Direct Hire Opportunity
Pay Rate $19.00 – $19.53 per hour (Based on experience)
Location: Beautiful Residential Community in North San Diego
Hours: Varying shifts available

CSL Staffing is partnering with a well-established and secure residential community to hire a dedicated Security Guard. This is a direct hire opportunity with a reputable nationwide organization that values safety, professionalism, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Guard will patrol and monitor the entire community by foot and while driving a company vehicle to ensure safety of residents, staff, and visitors
Respond promptly to emergency calls and initiate appropriate procedures
Security Guard will secure all buildings and exterior doors during shift hours
Monitor traffic and enforce community policies
Remain alert and report any unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity on property
Complete incident reports and log maintenance or safety hazards using internal systems
Assist with minor, non-emergency residential services when needed, without interfering with security responsibilities
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of security or related experience preferred
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) with clean driving record
Valid and current California Guard Card (Preferred)
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
Strong observational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
Familiarity with basic building systems (fire panels, HVAC, etc.) is a plus
Comfortable working in a senior living environment
