We are looking for a professional, responsible individual with an active BSIS guard card who can start ASAP at a beautiful new property in Escondido. The property is very Large, well-kept and active! We are looking for an attentive officer who will take ownership and provide the upmost professional level of service to all of the residents, employees of the property, vendors, law Enforcment that frequents the area. If you are just looking to stand around and do nothing all day- this is not the job for you
- follow lock up procedures
-survey property and parking lots consistently for activity or out of ordinary traffic and vehicles
-conduct detailed reporting anytime there is ANY event/ incident/ law Enforcment activity on the property
- friendly and clear communication at all times.
