Multitasking duties to be expected:
Officers check for expired Passport, ID, & DL
Assist bud tenders with any issues on the floor.
Alert your fellow guard on duty that issue has occurred via 2-way radio.We need to take care of the problem ASAP. De-escalate any cursing, or immature ppl making any BT feel uncomfortable. They will be asked to leave the floor or building.
I don't tolerate any cell phone usage on duty.
Cell phone usage is allowed only on your break. Our job is to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for BT, customers, and ourselves. De-escalate each situation with respect and calmness and always maintain your safety at all costs.
